Create Individualized master schedule of all tasks to be completed within deadlines

Review high school profile, transcript, and projected courses to optimize rigor of coursework. Design a campaign of activities, service projects, purposeful summers, inventions, publications, and accomplishments (local, regional, national) to substantiate unique personal story and brand

Incorporate a Standardized Testing Plan including strategies for preparation and mastery of SAT and/or ACT

Offer suggestions and feedback on the selection of teachers and others for letters of recommendation

Plan and prepare for college visits and interviews and launch demonstrations of interest

Oversee the artful presentation of all sections of the Common Application, including all essays, short answers, honors and activities lists, and supplemental portfolios and attachments

Analyze all college acceptances to determine the best right-fit college

Optimize admissions campaign through use of Early Decision, Early Action, Regular Decision, and Rolling Decision timelines

Plan communications to maximize deferral, waitlist, scholarship, and other terms of acceptance negotiations
